To get to the dive area, turn off Idaho 21 and cross the top of the dam. Follow on around past Turner Gulch Boat Ramp. You
will see a small parking lot about half way between Turner Gulch Boat Ramp and Barclay Bay Boat Ramp area.
There are toilet facilities there, covered picnic table areas, but no fresh water.
